We are a career development platform that empowers women of color in UX design and research. Our mission is to provide women of color and non-binary UX practitioners with the tools, resources, and community needed to jumpstart and grow their careers. We create educational content and offer community-led initiatives to help inspire the next generation of UX leaders and elevate the voices and experiences of those historically underrepresented in the field.

Nandi Manning is the Founder of UX Her Community. She is a tech entrepreneur and UX strategist with a career focused on bringing digital products to market in various industries across the business and tech sectors. Nandi has experience consulting Fortune 500 companies and SMBs. In her free time, she can be found online creating content and occasionally participating in aerial arts.
